Privacy options allow you to manage essential policy pages, such as your Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Legal Policy, and Accessibility Policy. Once enabled, these pages can automatically appear in your website footer.
Please note: You must press Publish to make any changes to these pages visible on your live website.
To set your privacy options:
- Open the website builder.
- Press the main menu icon in the left corner of the top navigation bar.
- Select Settings.
4. In the Common settings area, select Privacy options.
Configuring your policies
You can configure 4 specific policy pages.
Select a page to customize its settings:
- Enable/Disable: Activate or deactivate the page.
- Page title: The title that appears in the browser tab.
- Header text: The text that appears at the top of the generated page.
- Link text: The label visitors see in your website footer.
- Page url: The web address for the policy page.
- Body text: The main content of your policy.
Policy-specific features
Privacy Policy
When enabled, this adds a mandatory confirmation checkbox to most website forms and links it to your policy page.
Cookie Policy
Your website uses both essential cookies (for core functionality) and third-party cookies (for social media, advertising, and analytics).
Please note: Visitors who decline third-party cookies may not be able to view certain embedded content.
Legal and Accessibility Policies
These simply add a dedicated link to your website footer.
